Petitioner complains that his representation which was made to the Inspector-in-Charge, Baruipur Police Station on or about 14.06.2024 was not addressed.

State has submitted a report which reflects that Baruipur Police Station Case No.1068 of 2024 dated 08.07.2024 has been registered for investigation and on conclusion of investigation charge-sheet has already been submitted before the jurisdictional court.

Learned advocate for the respondent no.4 opposes the contentions and submits that the writ

petition itself is not maintainable on the issues canvassed therein.

In view of the fact that police has already taken steps by way of registration of a case and submitted charge-sheet before the jurisdictional court, the primary grievance which has been addressed in the writ petition has been redressed. Accordingly, the parties would take steps before the jurisdictional criminal court already in seisin of the matter.

With the aforesaid observations, WPA 16594 of 2024 is disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.

Report so submitted be kept with the record.

A copy of the report be handed over to the learned advocate appearing for the petitioner and the private respondent no.4.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

Urgent photostat certified copies of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties upon compliance of all requisite formalities.
