None appears on behalf of either of the parties on second call, no accommodation sought for. Even on earlier occasion, none appears on behalf of the petitioners on call.

This is an application pending since 2021.

It appears that despite directions of this court, no copy has been served upon the opposite parties.

Again on 21st March, 2025, direction was passed upon the petitioners to serve copies to the opposite party no. 1/ State through the office of the learned Public Prosecutor, High Court at Calcutta and upon the opposite party no. 2 through Speed Post with Acknowledgement Due and file affidavit of service on the adjourned date positively. 5.

Despite directions of this court as well as the co-ordinate Bench on twice occasions, no steps have been taken by the petitioners.

Considering the above facts and circumstances of the case, it seems that the petitioners are no more interested to proceed with the instant case.

Accordingly, CRR 2097 of 2021 is dismissed for default. 8.

Consequently, the application, if any, is thus disposed of. 9.

Interim order, if any, stands vacated.

10. Let the order be communicated to the Ld. Court below for information.
