The learned advocate representing the Cooperative Society submits that the society has recently conducted its elections, and the newly constituted committee has already initiated steps to arrange for the audit. It has been further submitted that the audit could not be conducted earlier due to the absence of a committee.

I am not inclined to keep this writ petition pending.

Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the newly constituted committee to

conduct the audit of the society in compliance with applicable laws.

Accordingly, WPA 16595 of 2024 along with CAN 1 of 2024 is disposed of.

Urgent certified photocopy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties on compliance of usual legal formalities.
