Mr. Chatterjee, learned advocate for the alleged contemnor has handed over to the Court, a compliance report of the District Inspector of Schools, Secondary Education, North 24 Parganas dated January 9, 2025. On the basis of the same, he has submitted that the order of the Court dated December 16, 2024, has already been complied with. Let the report as above, be taken on record.

In accordance with the same and pursuant to the submissions made on the basis of the same, the Court finds that the arrear salary has already been disbursed to the writ petitioner on December 30, 2024. The bank statement is also attached with the record.

Pursuant to the same, there would not remain any further scope for adjudication in this contempt application. Hence, WPCRC 146 of 2024 is hereby dropped.
