Pursuant to the order dated 22nd July, 2025, the Cooperative Election Commission, West Bengal, has filed a report and has claimed that in terms of the election schedule published on 30th May, 2025, the election has already been completed. However, at the same time, noting from the materials on record and upon hearing the learned advocates appearing for the respective parties that a complaint has been made by the petitioners to the ARCS on 30th June, 2025, I am of the view that such complaint must be considered and be brought to a logical conclusion having regard to the provisions contained in Regulation 3(35)(1) of the West Bengal Cooperative

WPA 15423 of 2025 Elections Regulation 2012, upon giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioners and all concerned, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of eight weeks from the date of communication of this order. 2.

The writ petition is accordingly disposed of. 3.

Let the report filed on behalf of the election commission be taken on record.
