2. It appears that the petitioner has not argued the matter on last three occasions.

3. It appears that the petitioner has lost interest in the matter.

4. The petitioner is seeking direction to conduct a free, fair and transparent investigation in the matter.

5. The investigation must be over by now.

6. The petitioner apart from filing newspaper cuttings could not file any cogent material to show that investigation so conducted was not free or fair.

7. On bald allegations alone by way of averments, PIL cannot be entertained.

8. In other words, there is no prima facie material to suggest that investigation was polluted.

9. In absence thereof and by efflux of time, there exists no reason to keep this PIL pending.

10. For these cumulative reasons, this PIL is dismissed.
