Petitioner is aggrieved by the fact that in spite of informing the order passed by the learned Executive Magistrate in Case No. 355/P/23 no steps were taken. Petitioner is aggrieved that obstruction has been created so that the petitioner cannot enjoy his property.

As none appears on behalf of the State, Ms.

Tuhina Parvin, learned advocate who ordinarily appears on behalf of the State is directed to represent the State. Her appearance may be regularized by the concerned authorities.

In view of the nature of the prayers advanced in the writ petition, I am of the opinion that in case the police authorities while exercising their powers finds that there is a law and order

crisis, they would regulate the same and take steps in accordance with law.

With the aforesaid observations WPA 16602 of 2024 is disposed of.
