Mr. Jayanto Das, Ms. Soumita Ghosh, ... for the petitioner Challenging the order dated 25.02.2021 passed by the learned Civil Judge (Senior Division), 3rd Court, Paschim Medinipur in Title Execution Case No. 4 of 2019 the petitioner has preferred this revisional application.

Perused the impugned order where the learned Court below was pleased to observe that writ could not be executed by the Bailiff of the Court due to strong obstruction caused by Jdr. and thereby directed the Dhr. to take appropriate step.

Prima facie this Court does not find any rights of the petitioner being decided by the learned Court below by passing the impugned order or the impugned order appears to be prejudicial to the interest of the petitioner. In fact, the impugned order appears to be a regular order passed by a Court in furtherance of the proceeding of the case.

Therefore, this Court does not find any illegality or material irregularity in the impugned order. The revisional application is dismissed.

Accordingly, C.O. 1818 of 2021 is dismissed. Interim order, if any, stands discharged.
