Considering the grievances of the petitioner that his rejection order does not contain any reasons provided by the authority concerned, the writ application is disposed of with leave granted to the petitioner to make a representation containing his grievances, as made in the writ application before the District Controller being the respondent no.4, herein, within 10 days from the date of this order and on receiving the said representation, the respondent no.4 shall consider the same, in
accordance with law and dispose of the same within 60 days thereafter, on hearing the parties and by passing a reasoned order.
The writ application is disposed of.
Applications, if any, connected thereto stand disposed of consequently.
Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
Photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties on priority basis upon compliance of all formalities.
