Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that, the petitioner is the victim of circumstances. It is now being claimed that the mark-sheet issued in favour of the petitioner by the Primary Teachers' Training Institute is forged. The petitioner is a victim.

Learned advocate appearing for the State submits that, two other similarly situated person approached the Coordinate Bench with prayer for anticipatory bail, which were turned down. He submits that, there are materials in the case diary implicating the petitioner. By an order dated June 9, 2022

passed in CRM(A) 2422 of 2022, a prayer by a student similarly situated as that of the petitioner was turned down. The materials in the case diary discloses serious fraud in the matter of procuring and forging mark-sheet purportedly issued by the Board.

In the facts of the present case, the custodial interrogation of the petitioner is imperative. In such circumstances, we are unable to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is rejected and the application being CRM (A) 3475 of 2022 is dismissed.
