1. The de-facto complainant is the mother of the petitioner no. 2 and the mother-in-law of the petitioner no. 1. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are innocent and have been falsely implicated in the instant case.

2. Considering the materials available in the case diary and the statement of the de-facto complainant, the father of the petitioner no. 2 and the neighbours recorded under Section 161 Cr.P.C directly implicating the petitioners, we are not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.

3. Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners is rejected and the same is accordingly disposed of.

4. All parties shall act on the server copies of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
