2. Inadvertent typographical error has crept into paragraph 4 at page 2 in the 4th line of the order dated 11th August, 2025 mentioning the date as "8th November, 2011" in place and stead of "8th November, 2007".

3. The date in the aforesaid order in paragraph 4 at page 2 in the 4th line be read as "8th November, 2007" in place and stead of "8th November, 2011".

4. The order is modified to the above extent.

5. The other portions of the order shall remain unaltered.

6. This order may be treated as a part of the order dated 11th August, 2025.
