1. On the prayer of learned lawyer for the petitioner, leave is granted to correct the cause title.

2. Petitioner is unable to arrange local surety. Hence, he was not enlarged on bail.

3. Accordingly, we direct petitioner shall be released on bail upon furnishing a bond of Rs.10,000/- with two registered sureties to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Diamond Harbour, South 24 Parganas.

4. Other conditions of bail shall remain the same.

5. C.R.A.N. 1 of 2024 is disposed of.
