Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that none of the statements recorded under Section 164 of the Code of Criminal Procedure implicates the petitioner. Learned Advocate appearing for the State draws the attention of the Court to the earlier order of rejection of bail. Considering the fact that every aspect of the contentions now sought to advance was considered by the Coordinate Bench while rejecting the prayer of bail on March 10, 2021 and considering that, there is hardly any material change in circumstances subsequent thereto we are unable to grant bail to the petitioner.

CRM 6723 of 2021 is dismissed.
