Due to inadvertence in a single application prayer for transfer has been made in respect of different proceedings. Because of such incurable defects, the petitioner would not like to press this application and would instead file separate applications.

On the prayer of the learned counsel for the petitioner, the revisional application is dismissed as not pressed. However, this order shall not come in the way of the petitioner in preferring proper applications seeking transfer of the different proceedings on the selfsame grounds.

On the further prayer for the learned counsel, the Office is directed to return the certified copy of the order sheet to the learned advocate on record of the petitioner upon giving usual undertakings and on supplying photostat copy of the same for the record. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order may be supplied to the parties expeditiously, if applied for.
