Learned advocate representing the State respondents has filed one communication dated 20th July, 2025 of Inspector-in-Charge, Raghunathpur PS, Purulia and same is taken on record.

However, learned advocate representing the petitioner submits that the writ petition has become infructuous in view of the order passed by the Hon'ble Division Bench on a habeas corpus application relating to custody of the child. 4.

Hence, writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. 5.
