The present application being CRAN No.1129 of 2020 has been preferred praying for relaxation of the conditions of bail as incorporated in the order dated 5th August, 2019 passed by a Division Bench of this Court in CRM 6941 of 2019.

Mr. Banerjee, learned advocate appearing for the petitioners submit that the petitioners have complied with the conditions as incorporated in the order dated 5th August, 2019 till date. In terms of the said order, the petitioners surrendered and obtained regular bail and, accordingly, he prays for relaxation of the condition to meet with the investigating officer.

Mr. Ghosh, learned advocate enters appearance on behalf of the State.

It appears that in terms of the order dated 5th August, 2019, the petitioners appeared before the learned Court below and prayed for regular bail. Such prayer was allowed and accordingly the directions contained in the order dated 5th August, 2019 stood merged with the said order.

In view thereof, the condition in the order dated 5th August, 2019 to the effect that the petitioners 'shall meet the investigating

officer once in a week until further orders' does not survive. Accordingly, the application being CRAN 1129 of 2020 is disposed of.
