It appears from confidential communication produced before this Court that there are serious allegations of omissions and commissions against the petitioner, which the College appears to have found prima facie true. It is submitted that the Government Body of the College in the process of taking steps. The writ petitioner shall be entitled to join the College after a period of two weeks subject to any action that may be taken by the college. In the event of any obstruction or threat, the petitioner shall be entitled to seek protection from the local police station.

With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition is disposed of.

There shall be no order as to costs.
