The petitioners have placed a document dated 19th July, 2021 of the District Officer, Minority Affairs by which it was stated that there was no allocation of funds for the individuals belonging to the specified community.

Upon considering the relevant material, W.P.A.16046 of 2022 is disposed of with a direction on the District Officer for Minority Affairs/Nodal Officer, South 24 Parganas, Alipore, being the respondent no.4 to consider the allocation of funds to the petitioners under the Destitute Minority Women's Rehabilitation Programme of the State in the next financial year. The respondent no.4 shall look into the allocation of the funds under the Programme to the petitioners on an urgent basis.
