It is submitted by the petitioner that subsequent to the filing of the writ petition wherein the petitioner had challenged a transfer order the concerned authority has revisited the transfer order and has retained the petitioner for one year at his present posting. The writ petition therefor has lost its force. The petitioner, therefore, does not intend to proceed any further with the writ petition. The writ petition is dismissed for non-prosecution.
