Learned advocate on behalf of the petitioners in both the revisional applications submits that the dispute has already been settled between the parties and the petitioners are willing to not press both the revisional applications. In support of his submission, learned advocate has filed two separate written instructions in respect of two revisional applications, which are taken on record.

Learned advocate appearing on behalf of the State is also present.

Thus being the position, both the revisional applications stand dismissed as not pressed.

Interim order, if any, stands vacated.

All pending applications, if there be any, also stand disposed of.

Department is directed to communicate a copy of this order to the learned Trial Court forthwith.
