The relationship between the petitioner and the private opposite party is that of own sisters. Marriage of the petitioner was solemnized in the year 2007. Subsequently as a result of marital discord, the petitioner left her matrimonial home and took shelter at her paternal home. After the death of her father, dispute started between the petitioner and the opposite party No.2 and her mother. Several complaints were filed by both the parties. In the present complaint, it is alleged by the opposite party No.2 that the petitioner assaulted her mother who is a sexagenarian senior citizen. Police submitted charge-sheet against the petitioner.

Under such circumstances, I do not find any reason to admit the instant revision.

Accordingly, the revision is summarily dismissed. (Bibek Chaudhuri, J.) Mithun De/ A.R. (Ct).
