2500 bottles of phensedyl syrup containing codeine mixture was recovered from a vehicle. The petitioner today admits that the vehicle belongs to him.

The State has also ascertained from the concerned RTO that the vehicle is registered in the name of the petitioner. In view of such prima facie involvement of the petitioner in the alleged crime and keeping in mind that commercial quantity of contraband is involved, we are not inclined to allow the petitioner's prayer for bail, at this stage.

CRM (NDPS) 1036 of 2024 is, thus, dismissed.
