Heard the learned Advocates appearing for the parties. Having considered the materials on record prima facie disclosing recovery of narcotic substance from the residence of the petitioner, we are of the opinion that custodial interrogation of the petitioner for progress of investigation is necessary and this is not a fit case to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is rejected.
