Mr. Debasis Mitra Ms. Priya Chakraborty Mr. S. C. Pradhan ....for the petitioners Mr. Debasish Roy Ms. Faria Hossain Ms. Mousumi Sarkar .....for the State Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits as follows. It is alleged that as employees of an NBFC, the petitioners collected money, but did not deposit the same to the concern. However, the petitioners' accounts would show that there was no such transaction that took place. Transactions, if alleged to be in cash, should not be taken seriously.

Learned Public Prosecutor representing the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail. Reliance is placed on statements of victims recorded by the Investigating Officer and documents showing that links were provided by the petitioners to the victims on which the payment was made.

Considering the incriminating materials available in the case diary, I do not consider this to be a fit case for granting anticipatory bail.

Accordingly, the application for anticipatory bail is rejected. (Jay Sengupta, J.)
