The authorized officer of the petitioner bank has filed a report in terms of an order dated 27th October 2021, passed by a Coordinate Bench of this Court in the instant writ petition and the same is taken on record.

It appears from the report that a sum of Rs.60,275/- has been deposited by the State Bank of India with the Superintendent of Police, Barasat, for the purpose of compliance with the directions of the District Magistrate, North 24-Parganas, under Section 14 of the SARFAESI Act, 2002.

In that view of the matter, the Superintendent of Police, Barasat, shall proceed to execute the order of the District Magistrate, North 24-Parganas, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of three weeks from the date of communication of a copy of this order.

The payment receipt produced by the bank indicating deposit of money, is taken on record.

With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition shall stand disposed of.

There shall be no order as to costs.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
