2. Mr. Ganguli, learned Advocate appearing for the Appellant submits that the learned Advocate has received the letter from the appellant who is also personally present in Court, signifying her intention not to proceed with the instant appeal.

3. Let the communication received by the Advocateon-record be kept with the record.

4. Since the appellant does not intend to proceed with the instant appeal, the same being FA 142 of 2024 is dismissed as 'not pressed'.

5. The Trial Court Record received by this Court be immediately send down to the respective Court

from which it is brought through Special Messenger at the cost of the respondents.
