The instant application is filed under Section 482 read with Section 401 of the Code of Criminal Procedure against the Order dated 12.07.2011 passed by the Additional District Judge, 7th Court, Alipore in Misc. Case No. 5 of 2011 connected to MAT Suit No. 21 of 2010 under Section 125 of the Criminal Procedure Code.

On perusal of the application along with the annexures, the impugned Order and other materials on record, it appears that it is not a fit case where this Court shall exercise of jurisdiction under Section 482 read with Section 401 of the Code of Criminal Procedure. Accordingly, the instant revisional application stands dismissed.
