It appears from the cause title of the writ petition that the West Bengal Board of Primary Education and its Secretary have been impleaded as party respondents in the instant writ petition.

The petitioner seeks 'A' category scale of pay. 3.

The issue is required to be considered by the Commissioner of School Education. The Board and its Secretary are not the proper parties in the instant writ petition. Accordingly, the respondent nos.3 and 4 are deleted from the array of respondents.

The petitioner's representation for 'A' category scale of pay is alleged to be pending consideration before the Commissioner of School Education, West Bengal since May 2025.

Without entering into the merit of the claim of the petitioner, the instant writ petition stands disposed of by directing the Commissioner of School Education

to consider the petitioner's representation for grant of 'A' category scale of pay from the date of joining strictly in accordance with law at the earliest but positively within a period of twelve weeks from the date of communication of this order.

reasoned order shall be passed and communicated to the petitioner.

If the prayer of the petitioner is allowed, then necessary consequential steps shall be taken without any further delay.

Learned advocate for the petitioner is directed to forward a copy of the subject representation along with all supporting documents to the aforesaid respondent at the time of communicating the order of the Court. 9.

The writ petition stands disposed of.
