Mantu Pada Ojha v. Putu Bala Ojha & ANR
08.07.2022 Item No. 11 Ct. No.40 d.g.
CRR 2575 of 2011 Mantu Pada Ojha vs.
Putu Bala Ojha & Anr.
Mr. Madhu Sudan Sur, Mr. Manoranjan Mahata.
... for the State None appears on behalf of the petitioner, as on the last occasion.
Mr. Madhu Sudan Sur, along with Mr. Manoranjan Mahata, learned Counsels, appear for the State. Their appointment may be regularized in due course. The instant application is filed under Section 482 and 397 of the Code of Criminal Procedure against the Order dated 24.03.2011 passed by the learned Additional District and Sessions Judge, Fast Track 3rd Court, Purulia in Criminal Revision No. 34 of 2010 arising out of Misc. Case No. 38 of 2009 under Section 127 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, affirming the Order dated 17.03.2010 passed by the learned 4th Judicial Magistrate, Purulia. On perusal of the application along with the annexures, the impugned Order and other materials on record, it appears that it is not a fit case where this Court shall exercise of jurisdiction under Section 482 and Section 397 of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
Accordingly, the instant revisional application stands dismissed.
