It appears that there is inadvertent typographical mistake in the order dated September 8, 2021, which is corrected in the following manner:

The number of the appeal "F.M.A. 740 of 2016" appearing in the in the cause-title in the said order be deleted and be incorporated by the number "F.M.A.T. 740 of 2016".

The order dated September 8, 2021, accordingly, stands corrected to the extent indicated above. Let this order be treated as part of the order dated September 8, 2021.
