1. The judgment dated 4th August, 2023 is mentioned for correction.

2. The names of Mr. Ayan Banerjee, Ms. Debashree Dhamali and Ms. Debjani Sengupta shall stand included in the judgment dated 4th August, 2023 as having represented on behalf of the respondent no.5.

3. In the said judgment, in the second line of sixth paragraph continuing at page 3 the expression "MAT Suit 819 of 2017" shall stand deleted to read as "MAT Suit 893 of 2016".

4. In the second line of paragraph 34 at page 18 of the judgment dated 4th August, 2023, the expression "Rs.25 lakhs" shall stand corrected to read as "Rs.27 lakhs".

5. In the fourth line of paragraph 36 at page 19 of the judgment dated 4th August, 2023, the expression

"Calcutta-64" shall stand corrected to read as "Calcutta-74".

6. Let these corrections be incorporated in the judgment dated 4th August, 2023.

7. The other parts of the judgment dated 4th August, 2023 shall remain unaltered.

8. Department is directed to take steps accordingly.

9. All parties are directed to act on a server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
