The instant application is filed under Section 401 read with Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure praying for quashing of Galsi Police Station Case No. 83/11 dated 03.06.2011 under Sections 363/366/120B of the Indian Penal Code, pending in the Court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Burdwan.

At this stage, after lapse of more than ten (10) years, it is not necessary to interfere into the investigation of the case, if pending, at all.

Accordingly, the instant revisional application stands dismissed.
