Conditions of bail were imposed in July, 2023. It is contended similar condition was not imposed for other coaccused. Bail prayer of each of the accused depends on the facts and circumstances peculiar to him.

Hence, we are of the opinion imposition of the conditions on the petitioner are peculiar to him and we are not inclined to waive them on the ground similar conditions were not imposed on the co-accused.

Accordingly, the application being CRAN 1 of 2023, is dismissed for the present.
