Report filed on behalf of the State is taken on record. It appears from the report that certain records pertaining to RS Plot No.2538 could not be traced. However, as per the record of rights submitted by the BL&LRO, Panskura-II, the present ROR of LR Plot No.2811 corresponding to RS Plot No.2538, which stands recorded in favour of five numbers of raiyats.

Be that as it may, the compliance of the order dated 11.06.2018 that has been sought by the petitioner was one under Section 144(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure. It has already spent its force.

No further order need be passed in this regard. With these observations, the writ petition is disposed of. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order may be supplied to the parties expeditiously, if applied for.
