1. The instant contempt application has come up today on the prayer of the learned Advocate appearing for the State. It is pointed out by the learned Advocate for the State that the entire arrear amount has been released by the South 24Parganas Zilla Parishad vide Memo dated 17.05.2024, a copy whereof is also handed over to the respondent.

2. Learned Counsel for the Petitioner submits that though the amount claimed to have been released but there is no evidence that the said amount has been credited to the account of the petitioner.

3. Learned Counsel for the State responded to the aforesaid submission to the effect that since the said Memo was issued on 17.05.2024 and today

being the first available working day, it is likely to be credited in the account of the petitioner today itself.

4. In such view of the matter, there remains nothing in the contempt application and the same being CPAN 702 of 2022 is hereby dismissed.
