Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the opposite parties herein.

The present revisional application has been preferred against an order dated 14.06.2019 passed by the learned Metropolitan Magistrate, 19th Court, Calcutta, in Case No. CN-658/2017 corresponding to T.R. No. 4831 of 2017. 3.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the present order is an appealable order and accordingly prays for necessary leave to pursue his relief before the appropriate forum.

Considering the submissions made and the nature of the order under revision, leave as prayed for is granted. 5.

On an application being made before the appropriate forum, the point of limitation shall be duly considered that

the petitioner was pursuing the case before the wrong forum (as per the provisions of the Limitation Act). 6.

Learned advocate-on-record is granted leave to take back the certified copies of the documents on filing of the photocopies of the same.

The present revisional application is accordingly disposed of.

All connected applications, if any, stand disposed of. 9.

Interim order, if any, stands vacated.

10. Let a copy of the order be sent to the learned trial court for compliance.

11. Urgent Photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
