The petitioner complains that she has been thrown out of her house. On the other hand, learned advocate for the private respondents disputes and denies the contention and further submits that after filing the writ petition she has suo motu left the house, as such the private respondents have no objection if the petitioner enters the house.

Accordingly, petitioner would enter the residence/property referred to in the writ petition. If she is faced with difficulties she would report to the Inspector-in-Charge, Belur Police Station. If the Inspector-in-Charge is of the opinion that assistance of a police personnel is required, a police personnel

be provided to the petitioner. A lady police personnel be engaged who would every alternate day visit and enquire from the petitioner whether she has been subjected to any torture.

Petitioner would inform the Inspector-inCharge, Belur Police Station 48 hours' ahead of time in case she intends to take police assistance for entering her residence.

With the aforesaid observations WPA 15569 of 2025 is disposed of.
