After hearing learned counsel appearing for the parties, W.P.A.16062 of 2022 may be disposed of with a direction on the respondent no.5 being the Assistant Engineer, Tamluk, National Highways Sub-Division Public Works (Roads) Department, Purba Medinipur, to consider and dispose of the representation made by the petitioner on 18th April, 2022 with a reasoned order within four weeks from date upon hearing the petitioner and all other necessary parties. A copy of the reasoned order shall be made available to the petitioner within a week from the date on which such reasoned order is passed.
