The instant application is filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure praying for quashing of G.R. Case No. 55 of 2010 pending before the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Haldia arising out of Sutahata Police Station Case No. 18 of 2010 dated 20.10.2010 under Section 448/427/436/506/34 of the Indian Penal Code. On perusal of the application, the impugned Order and other materials on record, it appears that exercise of jurisdiction under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure is unwarranted.

Accordingly, the instant revisional application along with CRAN 1 of 2012 (Old No. CRAN 1202 of 2012) stand dismissed on merit.
