Petitioner seeks anticipatory bail.

Learned Advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that the complaint is of the offshoot of a land dispute. Learned Advocate appearing for the State draws the attention of the Court to the injury report and to the statement of the injured.

Considering the injury report and the statement of the injured and the materials in the case diary, we are unable to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail, C.R.M. 6735 of 2021, is rejected.
