Mr. Arka Maiti ...for the petitioner Pursuant to the previous order dated 29th July, 2022 the contempt application is taken up for consideration today when Mr. Arka Maiti, learned advocate representing the applicant has brought to the notice of this Court the decision of the alleged contemnor no. 1 which has been communicated to the applicant vide letter dated 26th July, 2022. In view of the decision taken by the alleged contemnor no. 1 it appears that the order passed by this Court on 26th November, 2021 stands complied with.

The communication dated 26th July, 2022 enclosing the order passed by the alleged contemnor no. 1 is taken on record.

Accordingly, the contempt application stands disposed of.
