Order dictated by Apurba Sinha Ray, J.:

Learned Advocate for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is languishing in judicial custody for about nine months. There is no incriminating material against the present petitioner even in the deposition of the victim girl. She has been falsely implicated in this case.

Learned Advocate for the State and the learned Advocate for the victim oppose the prayer for bail.

We have considered the materials on record including the deposition of the victim girl and we find that there is sufficient incriminating evidence against the present petitioner. 4.

Considering the materials on record, we are not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail at this stage.

CRM (DB) 2006 of 2024 is, thus, dismissed.
