After giving an opportunity of hearing the writ petitioner Ms. Sayanti Paul has been empanelled. Now it is expected that the said petitioner would be recommended and subsequently would be given an appointment by the DPSC. The recommendation and appointment is to be completed within a period of three weeks from the date of communication of this order.

A copy of instruction given to the Officer in Charge of the Confidential Section of the West Bengal Board of Primary Education dated 22.02.2023, as has been handed over by the learned advocate of the Board, is kept on record.

With the above observation and direction, this writ application is disposed of.
