Report submitted by the learned advocate appearing for the State be also kept with the record. Petitioner is aggrieved by the fact that petitioner sustained injuries which have not been taken into consideration by the police authorities who are investigating Galsi Police Station Case No.407 of 2025 dated 01.07.2025. Petitioner also made a representation on 01.07.2025.

State has submitted a report in respect of the investigation and its progress particularly with regard to the aforesaid case. If the petitioner is interested to bring within the ambit of the same case in respect of the injuries sustained, petitioner would submit a representation enclosing the medical documents to the Officer-inCharge/investigating officer of Galsi Police Station Case No.407 of 2025. Police authorities would ascertain and assess whether the said injuries were in course of the same transaction.

If the

contentions are found to be correct, it would be the discretion of the investigating officer to exercise his powers under the law.

With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition being WPA 15474 of 2025 is disposed of. There will be no order as to costs.

All concerned parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
