Based on the application for effectuating compromise seeking appropriate orders vide CRAN 2 of 2024 has been filed duly affirmed by both the parties.

The revisional application has been filed for quashing of the proceedings of Tollygunge Police Station Case No. 270 dated 27.06.2012 under Sections 341/448/511/427/34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 pending before the Court of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Alipore.

During the pendency of the revisional application, the parties have settled their disputes as mentioned in Paragraph 8 to 17 of the application being CRAN 2 of 2024 has been achieved.

The dispute between the parties appeared to be private in nature without involving the public policy.

The proceedings being the proceedings of Tollygunge Police Station Case No. 270 dated 27.06.2012 under Sections 341/448/511/427/34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 pending before the Court of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Alipore is quashed.

The instant revisional application and the connected application being CRAN 2 of 2024 are, accordingly, disposed of. Department is directed to communicate this order to the learned trial court immediately for information. (Ananya Bandyopadhyay, J.)
