2. The offence alleged against the petitioner being bailable in nature, this petition for anticipatory bail is not maintainable. However, the petitioner is directed to appear before the competent magistrate within 15 days from today. On his appearance and application for bail under Section 436 Cr.P.C., the petitioner shall be released on bail on the same date.
