Petitioner has approached this Court being aggrieved that he is being resisted by the private respondents from raising construction in spite of loan being sanctioned, sanction plan being issued and materials for the purposes of construction having been purchased.

Learned advocate appearing for the State has submitted a report. Report incorporates a communication made by the present petitioner namely, Gurupada Mandal which states that the petitioner presently is not facing any resistance and as such he has no issues for police interference.

As there has been change of circumstances as is reflected from the police report, I am of the opinion that no interference is called for. However, police authorities

would oversee that there is no breach of the peace and/or tranquility in view of the apprehension expressed by the petitioner.

With the aforesaid observations WPA 15558 of 2025 is disposed of.

Report so submitted by the State be kept with the record.

A copy of the report filed by the State be handed over to the learned advocate appearing for the petitioner as well as the private respondents.

All concerned parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
