Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner is aggrieved by the fact that the private respondents and other miscreants are resisting the petitioner from raising boundary wall.

State has submitted a report. Report reflects that a long standing land dispute is existing between the petitioner and the private respondents. Police authorities have drawn up proceeding under Section 126 of the BNSS.

As the police authorities are aware regarding the dispute between the petitioner and private respondents, police authorities would continue their surveillance and ensure that no untoward incident results because of the inimical relationship existing between the parties. With the aforesaid observations WPA 15552 of 2025 is disposed of.

Report so submitted by the State be kept with the record.

Copy of the report be handed over to the learned advocate appearing for the petitioner.
