Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer. I have considered the material on record.

The victim appears to be the brother-in-law of the petitioner and was allegedly murdered by the petitioner and her husband in order to grab the entire ancestral property. The apparel that the petitioner was wearing at the time of the alleged incident was recovered pursuant to the statement of the petitioner. Material available in the Case Diary jointly implicates the petitioner and her husband. The petitioner is in custody for more than a year. Offence, if proved, shall attract mandatory life imprisonment.

Considering the material on record indicating prima facie involvement of the petitioner in the alleged offence, prayer for bail is rejected at this stage.

The application for bail is disposed of.
